In just 3 years, we have established a global organization comprising over 60 experienced employees operating across 5 regional hubs in 10 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The results are already promising. In 2024, we grew our multinational business across our global operations by more than 20% while improving our service delivery times by over 40%. As we continue refining our model and collaborating closely with each of our regional offices, we anticipate significant growth for Sompo in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n

Today, Sompo holds licenses in over 30 countries and maintains partnerships with a growing network of select partners, collectively covering more than 160 countries. We are producing multinational business in 11 countries, with the expectations to expand to 17 countries in 2025. This truly exemplifies a ONE SOMPO global operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Streamlining workflows for compliance and efficiency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As a leader in proprietary technology integration, we have developed an innovative tool for communications, knowledge, and workflow for our multinational program transactions. Our proprietary Sompo Multinational Platform (SMP) will feature APIs to streamline the submission process, simplifying access and management of policy data and claims information for clients and brokers. By reducing operational inefficiencies, the SMP enhances our ability to deliver compliant and precise policy and claims management. We are also utilizing our AI tool SAIRA and leveraging big data analytics to enhance the platform\u2019s offerings, thereby improving the customer experience and providing greater efficiency and quality control. As we continue to develop SMP in 2025, we will introduce features including an interface for real-time country taxes and fees and incorporate additional APIs into our ledgers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
