By organizing and structuring the implicit knowledge our companies and people have accumulated in the fields of nursing care, health, and insurance, and transforming it into reproducible explicit knowledge, we aim to enhance and streamline operations. This enables early risk detection, evolving our approach from post-incident response to proactive prevention and support. Furthermore, by sharing and leveraging data across various domains, we will realize services optimized for each individual customer.

We have introduced an AI agent tool for employees across our group companies in Japan. We aim for employees in their respective fields, whether in insurance, nursing care, or elsewhere, to approach problem-solving with a sense of personal ownership and utilize the AI agent tool as their “alter ego.” Through these efforts, we aim to continuously provide “security, health, and wellbeing” to our customers and society. This is the future we envision.
